Formal Visual Inspection
Removing plug top, checking pins, checking wire connections, checking cable grip, checking fuse and rating of fuse, inspection for signs of damage on lead and appliance, suitability and environment.

Machine Tests

Earth Continuity
Measurement of earth continuity with one or more pre set test currants up to 26 amps.

Insulation Resistance
Using normal test voltage of 500 vdc making sure at no point the user is incurrent to electric shock.

Function Test
Measure operation currant, test appliance operatesTest correctly for intended purpose.

Earth Bond
Tests the integrity of the appliance earth Bond conductor by passing high currant through terminal and socket.

Circuit Test
prior to any main tests this is performed to approximate the value of appliance loop impedance.

Touch Currant
Aka earth leakage test is carried out Currant concurrently with function test.

Each item will be given its own unique identification number for easy location On certificate and asset register.

Barcode
Each item has a unique barcode which can be checked at anytime for proof of testing it can also cut re test times by up to 50%.

Date
The date of the test and the re test due date easy Proof of testing upon inspection by authorities.

Name
Name of our company to prove appliance has been tested by a fully registered, qualified, competent person.

Pass or fail
Each item will clearly state if it has passed the test or failed.
